Foreword : What follows will be very general and

very specific. It is a choice, which leaves the specifics of country-by-country
operations to the following pages.
If, in the 1970s, the possibility of approaching international markets for small and
medium-sized enterprises did not exist at the level of commercial and industrial
interests, it was not possible.
At the end of the 1980s, the way was radically transformed.
While on the one hand everything seemed easy, connections, services, banking
systems, access to credit, etc., on the other hand it was not. In reality it was
not, everything was very complicated, so you had to be able to move in the right way
by having the right ideas and above all the right contacts and up-to-date knowledge.
On this basis we had ways of understanding specific procedures, which enabled us to
achieve important results.
